Welcome everybody<br \/>\n2. Approval of minutes of previous meetings: 1\/3\/2019, 1\/9\/2019, 1\/30\/2019, and<br \/>\n2\/25\/2019, 3\/13\/2019, 4-10-19.<br \/>\n3. Treasurer\u2019s Report<br \/>\n4. Approver vouchers, including Excise tax<br \/>\n5. Finalize Lease Agreement with Stillmans for the Cottage. Note: We previously<br \/>\ndecided to note re-write the entire lease, but to draft a Lease Modification Agreement,<br \/>\nmaking the few small changes. We will record this document with the County.<br \/>\n6. Newsletter ? Announce the need for candidates for 3 UPRD commission seats.<br \/>\n7. Projects \/ Improvements:<br \/>\nA. Meeting room floor bids.<br \/>\nB. Paint the gym.<br \/>\nC. Walking Trail<br \/>\n8. Maintenance \/ other issues:<br \/>\nA. gutters on gym and Post Office B. Garden Room sink issue<br \/>\nC. fench drain for gym D. Cottage bathroom<\/p>\n<p>9. Peace Village update &#8211; Scholarships<br \/>\n10. Schedule a Work Session ?<br \/>\n11.
