6:00pm at Community Center<\/p>\n

1. Welcome everybody
\n2. Approval of minutes of previous meetings: 5\/8\/2019
\n3. Treasurer\u2019s Report
\n4. Approver vouchers, including Excise tax
\n5. Finalize Lease Agreement with Stillmans for the Cottage. Note: We previously
\ndecided to note re-write the entire lease, but to draft a Lease Modification Agreement,
\nmaking the few small changes. We will record this document with the County. Stillmans
\nhave agreed verbally to the terms of the Lease Modification Agreement.
\n6. Car Show: Pat McConnell has agreed to take on this project, for the 3 rd week of
\nSeptember
\n7. Review All-Day rental rates and Security needs.
\n8. Projects \/ Improvements:
\nA. Meeting room floor bids. C. Radio room window and lights
\nB. Walking Trail D. Location of Garden burn pile<\/p>\n

9. Maintenance \/ other issues:
\nA. gutters on gym and Post Office B. Replace tennis court net
\nC. fench drain for gym D. Cottage bathroom
\nE. basketball backboards in gym
\n10. Balance the Books ?? Our Annual report to the State Auditor shows a dicrepancy of
\na few hundred dollars, in our favor. (We had more cash than we could account for) Bob
\nwill discuss.
\n11. Peace Village update – Award two Scholarships
\n12. Schedule a Work Session ?
