1. Welcome everybody<\/p>\n

2. Oath of Office for newly elected commissioners, Pat, Vern, and Bob<\/p>\n

3. Election of Officers for 2020 including Chair, vice-Chair, Secretary, &amp; Treasurer<\/p>\n

4. Approval of minutes of previous meetings: 10\/9\/2019, 10\/30\/2019, 12\/11\/2019<\/p>\n

5. Reports: Treasurer, Facility and Usage<\/p>\n

6. Approve vouchers 12\/19\/2019 for $965.66 and 1\/9\/2020 for _________ including Excise tax Due 1\/31\/2020 for $204.82<\/p>\n

7. Gymnasium windows, Ordered, waiting to hear for arrival date and install<\/p>\n

8. Newsletter<\/p>\n

9. Projects \/ Improvements:<\/p>\n

A. Exercise equipmemt in old Fire Hall<\/p>\n

B. Location of compost heap \/ leaves \u2013 Defer till spring<\/p>\n

C. Bench under tree along walking path \u2013 Defer till spring<\/p>\n

D. Key lock box \u2013 official log on where keys are including electronic key cards<\/p>\n

E. File cabinet for files (currently in storage above gym in cardboard boxes)<\/p>\n

F. Post office light<\/p>\n

G. Sound Baffles<\/p>\n
