Public Notice – Proposal to rent space

The UPRD (Underwood Parks and Recreation District) is considering offering  220 sq. ft. of shared space  (7ft x 31ft.)  to rent.  The previous firehall adjoining the Underwood Post Office is available to rent as is for short-term of 6 months,  at a minimum rate of $100 per month.    Subletting is not allowed and you must be a resident of Underwood to apply for the space.  The area is locked but, is a common area that could be shared with UPRD or other community tenants.  This is the first notice and applications will be reviewed on December 16th,  Applications can be obtained from the UPRD website or from a UPRD Commissioner.
