Navigating the changing landscape of wildfire risk management grows more and more complicated each year. Join us for a three-part series of community conversations with local experts this spring as we uncover resources, information, and strategies to help keep you, your family, your property, and our community safe and well-prepared. View our full line-up of events here

The wildfire talk on May 15 (the last in our series) is all about Getting Ready for Wildfire Season. Skamania County Emergency Manager Barbara Ayers from the Department of Emergency Management will be joining us to discuss how to prepare your family for wildfire season, what to do in evacuations, and where to get timely, accurate updates on local wildfires. If you haven’t already done so, we encourage you to sign up for Skamania County’s Emergency Alert System here.

And we want your input! Please complete our quick wildfire survey to help us guide these conversations with the information and resources that matter most to you.
