A Place for Gathering

Are you looking for the perfect place for a graduation, birthday, church services, reunion, funeral, wedding, benefit dinner or retreat? Or maybe you need a location with a wide open indoor space for something like a workshop, lecture, farmers market, art show, swap meet or exercise classes?

DID YOU KNOW?

The Underwood Community Center was originally built in 1931 as a gym which sat next to Underwood School. In 1946, the school closed and its building was demolished later in the 1960’s, but the gym still remains and serves as our community center today.

If this is the case, the Community Center might be the venue for you! We are wheelchair accessible and equipped with the following:

  • Kitchen Facilities
  • Ample Off-Street Parking

  • Recently Remodeled Restrooms

  • A Performance Stage & Meeting Room
