Wildfire Talks
Navigating the changing landscape of wildfire risk grows more and more complicated each year. How do we make our property more resilient to wildfire? What’s the best way to prepare our families for a possible evacuation? Where do we look for reliable, up-to-date information in case of emergency? How does our county plan for, and respond to, wildfires? Is there anything we can do to mitigate rising insurance rates?
If you’re a resident of Underwood and have asked yourself one of these questions in recent years, this series of events might be for you. We’ve invited three local experts to join us in Underwood this spring for community conversations where we’ll be sharing information and resources designed to help keep you, your family and our community prepared and safe.
Event Line-Up
All events in this three-part series will take place at the Underwood Community Center and start at 6 pm. Events are free of charge, and everyone is welcome. Questions? Email event organizers.
