1. Welcome everybody
2. Approval of minutes of previous meetings: 1/3/2019, 1/9/2019, 1/30/2019, and
2/25/2019, 3/13/2019, 4-10-19.
3. Treasurer’s Report
4. Approver vouchers, including Excise tax
5. Finalize Lease Agreement with Stillmans for the Cottage. Note: We previously
decided to note re-write the entire lease, but to draft a Lease Modification Agreement,
making the few small changes. We will record this document with the County.
6. Newsletter ? Announce the need for candidates for 3 UPRD commission seats.
7. Projects / Improvements:
A. Meeting room floor bids.
B. Paint the gym.
C. Walking Trail
8. Maintenance / other issues:
A. gutters on gym and Post Office B. Garden Room sink issue
