  2.  Approval of minutes of previous meetings:  1/3/2019, 1/9/2019, 1/30/2019, and 2/25/2019,  and 3/13/2019.
  3.  Treasurer’s Report
  4.  Approve vouchers,  including Excise tax
  5.  Finalize  Lease Agreement with Stillman’s for the Cottage.  
  6.  Newsletter ?    Announce the need for candidates for 3 UPRD commission seats.  
  7. Projects / Improvements:  
    1.  Meeting room floor bids.  
    2.  Paint the gym.
    3.  Walking Trail
  8.  Maintenance / other issues:  
    1.  gutters on gym and Post Office
    2. Garden Room sink issue
    3.  fench drain for gym
    4. Cottage  bathroom
  9.  Peace Village update  – Scholarships
  10.  School  donation  – UPRD donated a 3-hour rental of gym  ($105 value) as advertising
  11.  Schedule a Work Session ?
