Mandatory Drip System & Spring Workshop Required and all materials-timers, drip system & water- provided.

Box Sizes and Fees: 4’ x 4’ = $25; 4’ x 8’ = $35; 4’ x 10’ = $45; 4’ x 12’ = $50; 4’ x 16’ = $55.

Weed control around your box is your responsibility!!!!  When you are tending your garden, please reach down and pick those weeds!!  If you happen to have a box by the fence, your weed control extends that far. If your box is not located next to the fence you will be assigned a section of the fence that is not parallel to any box and the weeds in that area are your responsibility.

I accept the information in the UCG Garden Handbook, the Organizational Structure, and the Rules and Guidelines – and look forward to gardening during the 2020 year. ALSO, I understand that volunteerism in the Spring Workshop as well as for two morning Weed-Ins of the Gardens [of the four scheduled in one season] is expected. Other opportunities for volunteerism will surface as the UCG educational and gardening program is established for 2020.  A total of 15 volunteer hours is asked of each gardener annually!

I understand that neither the garden group nor owners of the land are responsible for my actions. I / We THEREFORE AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS THE GARDEN GROUP AND OWNERS OF THE LAND FOR ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGE, LOSS OR CLAIM THAT OCCURS IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE GARDEN BY ME, ANY CO-BOX PERSON(S), OR ANY OF MY GUESTS.
